LC Tubing
  • Stainless Steel:
Available in 316-grade stainless steel for systems over 5,000 PSI or UHPLC applications. It features a smooth surface finish and is color-coded for easy identification of different inner diameters (ID).

  • PEEK:
Used for lower-pressure applications, available in various IDs, and sometimes features finger-tight fittings for easy installation.

LC Fittings
  • Specifically designed for stainless steel tubing, these fittings are rated for high pressures, up to 9,000 PSI when hand-tightened and up to 20,000 PSI with a wrench. They consist of a metal nut and a ferrule with a polymer cone.

  • Column Couplers:
One-piece, finger-tight couplers are available for connecting columns or other inline components. They are made of biocompatible PEEK and rated to 5,000 psi.

  • Finger-Tight Fittings:
Features ETFE ferrules for PEEK tubing, designed for easy, hand-tightened connections.

Key features
  • High-quality materials:
Both stainless steel and PEEK options are used for durability and chemical compatibility.

  • Color-coded IDs:
Simplifies identification and correct installation of tubing.

  • Precise dimensions:
Products are manufactured with tight tolerances to ensure proper seating and minimize leaks and sample buildup.

  • High-pressure capability:
Fittings are designed for both high-pressure (UHPLC) and lower-pressure applications.
